In this episode I speak with Don Linder, a friend from Chiang Mai, who I’ve also written and worked with on a screenplay. Don is a native New Yorker, he’s an award-winning scriptwriter, fiction and travel writer, and an academic who has lived and worked across five continents. He’s best know for “The Last Executioner” a movie that won a number of awards including Best Film and Best Screenplay at Thailand’s Tukkata Tong Awards — the equivalent here to the Golden Globes.
We talk about screenwriting, how Don researches characters, and we get some insight into his latest movie The Cave. If you want to contact Don directly you can do at: donlinder@gmail.com
